Another Week see's some great new additions to the TacTic 24-7 Suite.

New: Mail Merge Conversations – Conversation Merge is Powow's mail merge facility. Using Powow's very simple Conversation Wizard you can send a document to multiple contacts. Powow can manage mail merge in two different ways:

• Mail Merged Conversations – Powow creates multiple unique conversations from a single template and adds the personal details for each selected contact (such as Name or Address) to their unique Conversation. This method is great for adding that personal touch to a monthly news letter or a sales marketing campaign where the main content body remains the same.
• Carbon copies of a single document – Powow creates a single letter conversation. Powow then automatically creates covering letters to send carbon copies of the letter to multiple other contacts. This method is great for sending a single formatted document to many different people. For example, a consultant writing a letter to a patient could also send a carbon copy of that letter to the Patients Doctor for their records.

New: Add Powow Live Chat To Your Website And Email Correspondents - We've added some great new features to Powow's integrated live IM Chat. By simply adding one line of code to your website, visitors to your site can initiate Requests for Live IM Chat assistance. Powow welcomes your guests into the waiting room and alerts available staff that a Live IM Chat request has been received. Powow saves the IM Chat session as a new conversation with all transferred files and chat transcripts saved and attached as standard.

We've also included a direct IM Chat link in emails templates. Powow includes a unique link within the email for the recipient to start a Live IM Chat with you. When the recipient clicks on the IM Chat link in their email, Powow automatically sends you an alert requesting you to initiate the new IM Chat session. Powow records the IM Chat session as a new conversation, produces a transcript of the conversation and attaches any files shared during the IM Chat.

New: Exchange 24-7, Omigaman's Web-Based Estimate, Tender, Quote & Order Management Software

We are proud to announce Exchange 24-7 as the official Name for our Estimate, Tender, Quote & Order Management software. Exchange 24-7 (affectionately named TacTic during development) is due for release as part of the TacTic 24-7 Suite later this month and will Integrate seamlessly with TacTic 24-7's other applications which include Powow 24-7, Survey 24-7 and Diary 24-7.
