We saw the potential that the World Wide Web could offer businesses far beyond that of corporate identity websites or ecommerce facilities. Our vision was to develop Feature Rich business management tools that could be accessed globally, by a diverse range of devices, releasing the infrastructure constraints of traditional client - server applications.

We worked closely with organisations that shared our vision for web based business applications and through these valuable collaborations the TacTic business management modules were released in 2003. Throughout its evolution TacTic has continued to embrace the latest technological advances and in turn we pass these advances directly on to our clients.

We aim to break from traditional software models, where the client is forced to outlay significant capital for IT infrastructures and software licenses.

TacTic represents a major paradigm shift in the procurement and deployment of application software. Our Business Management Software offers on demand applications with no hardware, software or internal support costs. Unlike traditional software companies our clients can rest assured they are always using the latest technology coupled to the latest software.

A Little History

Omega Man Limited was established in 1989 as an IT consultancy. In 2003, the company re launched as an Application Service Provider under its current name Omigaman Ltd.

To start, we will tailor a solution that is best for you, not simply the one that yields us the quickest financial return. Again, we're in this for the long term. We approach each new account with that in mind.

We begin by assessing your Requirements. During this phase we come to understand your basic requirements and needs. We make an assessment of our core competence to partner with you, in order to meet your needs.

We then produce a Service Level Agreement with your inputs and tailored to suit your needs. Once our SLA has been agreed we begin to assign resources to your project.

Our Project Manager will review your requirements and create a Requirements & Specifications document. All of our project managers are highly experienced in system design and become your point of contact with our Development Team through the life of your project.

Once your system has been tested and implemented in the production environment, Omigaman will accept full responsibility for the support and maintenance of the web service.
